Honestly we walked past this place several times dismissing it as it doesn't look like anything special from outside. It was getting late so we ended up inside. The decor is simple with no fussy. And we were the only people. They are a takeaway place but have some tables towards the back. The staff were friendly and helpful, very attentive and the food.. the food was amazing!

Very nice food, excellent customer service. Their meat is nice, tender and juicy. Very friendly and polite staff. Parking can be an issue depending on which days you visit as it's located on the main (Evington) road.

Tried Lokma in Leicester and ordered the mixed grill platter. Honestly, everything was spot on. The meat was cooked perfectly over charcoal and really well seasoned. The lamb shish was our favourite by far, super tender, full of flavour, and grilled just right. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we liked that there was seating where you could enjoy your meal while watching them cook in the open kitchen. Great food, relaxed atmosphere, and definitely worth a visit.
